The Schmincke Horadam Naturals Watercolour Paint Water Set 3 x 5ml includes three deep, organic and atmospheric colours from the naturals range. Indigofera offers a denim-like bluish-black, made from natural indigo dye. Celadonite is a sea-green hue, inspired by the French word “Celadon” and created from green clay deposits. Vine Black is a rich, opaque anthracite black derived from charcoal, perfect for bold, dramatic contrasts.
Schmincke Horadam Naturals Watercolours are a 100% vegan range that combines the qualities of watercolour and gouache. Made with natural earth pigments and plant-based extracts, these semi-transparent colours dry to a matte finish and offer unique hues inspired by historic recipes. Their slightly coarser texture and delicate fragrance make them different to traditional paints. While they work beautifully on their own, they also mix well with other watercolours and gouache. Note that due to the natural pigments, there may be slight colour variations between batches. All colours in the range boast a lightfastness rating of 3 to 5 stars.
