All transactions are processed in United States dollars. Your card or PayPal account will be charged when the order is placed; you’ll see a charge from “Artsuppllies” on your statement.
The entire checkout is protected by SSL encryption, and we never store complete payment details on our own systems—those are handled by PCI-compliant gateways. In some cases, your bank may require additional verification, so make sure your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer. If there’s a mismatch, it can delay processing.
Prices displayed on the site include applicable taxes where required. If an error in pricing slips through, we’ll let you know before finalizing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
If a payment is declined or flagged for review, we’ll reach out to the email on file. Once the issue is resolved, your order moves into the processing queue in the order it was received.
